Circus Fitness

A unique way to stay fit in body, mind, and spirit! Adult classes are designed to foster strength and flexibility, balance and agility, and a whole lot of laughter. Activities are appropriate for all fitness levels and may include stretching and conditioning, light acrobatics, balance apparatus, juggling, hula hoops, plate spinning and more. The circus will meet you at your personal best and take you to the next level, whatever that may be!

Ongoing meetings every other Tuesday: April 4, 18  /  May 2, 16, 30 / June 13, 27 / July 11

Drop-Ins welcome. $20/class. No committment required.
